Review of Nutrisystem
If you have decided upon signing up with Nutrisystem to lose weight with one of their excellent diet plans, you might want to first get a little extra information than what they give you in their TV commercials. After all, commercials are there to sell you stuff and this diet is no exception. So they are going to tell you all the great things about the program, but they won't tell you about the not so great things, right?
So this is just one of those short, concise Nutrisystem reviews that will bring you up to speed on some of the things the glossy ads don't tell you. That doesn't mean there is a load of bad stuff lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce on the unsuspecting new customer. Far from it as this company is generally trustworthy, upstanding and they have a good reputation to maintain! The ads will tell you how great the diet menus are with many different choices of meal and a set of plans that cater for different groups that are themselves, customizable to suit your personal preferences. They don't really tell you that the meals are pretty small in size, which when you think about it is something that has to be if you are actually going to lose any weight eating such great tasting meals! So be prepared for small portions. The diet program itself is pretty solid and there is nothing hidden that you can't read about in the literature they send you. So there are really no downsides except some people expect the meals to all be gourmet when they are not. It's just not possible to provide you with such high quality meals when they all come in packages that you heat up in a microwave. The food quality is reasonably good as long as you don't expect too much. Many of the meals are processed like the ones you can buy in the stores, except they are better suited to losing weight than those you buy at the local supermarket. There is additional fiber in those meals, so it can cause gas in some people which is another thing to be aware of. The company recommend you buy additional veggies and low fat dairy products to bulk out the meals, but where many people I hear about complain that its an extra expense, they didn't realize that its not obligatory, just a recommendation. You can get by just fine with only the food they send you!Be aware that you are signing up for auto delivery and the next month pack of food will be despatched unless you cancel by telephone. You can't do it online! You can get even more information about Nutrisystem in this great review article: www.hhtb.org/nutrisystem-reviews/.Apart from that, there's not much else to tell. Enjoy your diet and lose that weight, baby!
